Too often we misinterpret thirst for hunger,THIRST may cause us to eat more.Reach for water first before
eating. A glass of water 1/2 hour before eating will allow time for it to penetrate the cells of your body and
hydrate allowing for proper digestion.

Green juices are an amazing way to add plant chlorophyll to your bloodstream. Some suggestions below:
Celery,lemon and pear, or apple

4 Cloves garlic
1/3 cup Brazil nuts
1/3 cup Sunflower seeds
1/3 cup Pumpkin seeds
1 cup fresh corriander
1 cup parsley
2/3 cup cold pressed olive oil
4 tablespoons lemon juice
sea salt
Soak the seeds o/night, add all ingredients to blender,blend well until the mixture is finely blended,store in jars
it freezes well also if need be.

4  Breath Deep Into Your Abdomen
Deep breathing is one of the best ways to activate your lymph system,breathing downwards into your diaphragm
and belly,this increases eliminations, through our lungs, skin and feces. Our lymphatic system is our immune
system, breathing long and slow  deep breaths for 5mins. each day will help with elimination, and well being.
