Harmony Place Terms and Conditions
By making payment for any retreat at Harmony Place, you are accepting our Terms andConditions. Harmony Place reserves the right to change or amend this policy at any time. Thecurrent policy is always applicable.
Pricing & Fees:1. Full payment for your retreat is due at the time of booking. This may be made via directbank transfer, credit card or through the purchase of a gift voucher.2. Any PayPal or bank fees incurred on purchase are the sole responsibility of the guest.3. Prices and services are subject to change.4. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early.
Booking Changes & Cancellations:5. Subject to availability, you may change your retreat day up to 14 days prior to your bookeddate.6. Booking changes made within 14 days of your retreat date may be transferred to anotherindividual.7. We have a strict no refund policy for cancellations but instead will work with you to book inan alternative date subject to availability.8. All cancellations and booking transfers must be received via telephone or in writing viaemail.9. Exceptions to our guest cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason.10. Bookings required to be cancelled by Harmony Place due to weather or exceptionalcircumstances may be rebooked by guests within 6 months subject to availability.
Vouchers:11. Vouchers are strictly non-refundable12. Vouchers may be transferred to another individual.13. All vouchers are issued with a strict 6 month expiry date from date of purchase and must beused for retreats within that period.
Limitation of Liability:14. Harmony Place shall not be liable for any unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyondour normal control, which the consequences of could not have been avoided even whenexercising all due care. Such circumstances or events include, but are not limited to,industrial disputes or strikes, accidents or failure to perform by third parties, includingsuppliers and subcontractors, natural disasters, fire and theft. In the event of any of theabove, refunds cannot be made, but Harmony Place will listen to your requests.15. Harmony Place accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illnesses which may bereceived during the guest’s time at our retreats. All guests must take responsibility for theirown medical and physical fitness.16. Harmony Place is not liable for any injuries or losses to guests, in the use of retreat facilitiesor participation in activities.17. While all care is taken, Harmony Place cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage ofpersonal possessions or valuables of guests.
Data Use & Protection:
18. The guest agrees that they may be photographed and/or filmed during the activities inconnection with the retreat, and also agrees that Harmony Place may use such recordingsfor promotion and/or advertising purposes without any prior consent.
